I have been in dentistry for about 15 years, with experience that ranges from dental assisting, office management , and front desk responsibilities. I am excited to be chosen to be a part of such a warm and friendly staff, and I look forward to building relationships with all of our wonderful patients.
In my spare time I am an online fashion blogger and run a womens online clothing boutique. I'm also very active and enjoy fitness activities at my fiance's gym in Ormond Beach. I also have 4 sweet fur babies to come home to daily.
I have had the pleasure of witnessing Dr. Erdman, in his great ability to be kind, rebuild trust, alleviate fear and restore faith to some of our patients who have had bad dental experiences or simply don't understand the importance of their oral hygiene. Recently, I spoke to a gentlemen who told me a story that he had not seen a dentist in years, because when he was a young child dentists did not use Novocaine when administering dental treatment; he expressed how traumatized he was, which left him with a great fear of dentistry. After his appointment in our office, not only did he leave happy and laughing but he shared with me that he was grateful to have found Dr. Erdman. Those key ingredients are all vital elements for a perfect dental experience.
Hello my name is Heather. I bring over 10 years of dental knowledge with me, from pratice management to insurance claim filing and of course customer service. I am looking forward to the future here at Dr. Erdman and Dr. Soule's dental practice. In just my short time here, I can see that it's not just an office , it is an office that cares and wants the best for their patients. That is a business practice philosophy that I am proud to support.
I have one amazing daughter that plays softball and I enjoy watching the games. On the weekends you'll find me at the field. No doubt.
I began my career in dentistry in 1971. I recently celebrated my 10th anniversary with Dr. Erdman's office and now have the pleasure of working with Dr. Soule. I have come to know and love my dental family. All of my patients are very special to me as I have had the opportunity to work with them and help them achieve their dental goals. I can say without a doubt that Drs. Erdman and Soule's office is the best dental office in our community, and I look forward to serving our patients with the respect and compassion they deserve for at least 10 more years.
Since my husband and I became empty nesters, We have plenty of spare time to enjoy sleeping late on our days off ! We also enjoy the serenity of beach time. Sometimes we get a little crazy and we go out for dinner and drinks. but mostly we enjoy the quiet time we get to spend together. When we are not working.
I have been in dentistry for 28 years handling the business office for Dr. Erdman. My favorite patient story is of a teenager in our practice. He told his dad he likes Dr. Erdman because Dr. Erdman never gave him a shot. This young man has had a number of fillings in our office so I know that Dr. Erdman had to get him numb. This young man never saw or felt what many patients fear. His comments really drove home the point that Dr. Erdman truly is a gentle dentist.
I have been in dentistry for 7 years. Dr Erdman is one of the most dedicated, reliable and caring dentist I've ever had the pleasure of working with in my dental career. I will never forget the time a patient came into our office, embarrased to show her teeth, even while talking she would place her hand over her mouth so no one could see her teeth. Dr worked with this patient through her hectic schedule and completely restored her smile. This Patient was so thankful for Dr. Erdman and his staff for the amount of patience and support that was given to her during each visit with us. The professionalism, respect, and warm heartedness of the office makes it so easy to attend work.
I am going to school @UCF to pursue my dream of being a dentist. I have two kids. I enjoy runing, playing the piano and going to Disney.
Hello my name is Katie and I'm a graduate of Daytona State College's Dental Assisting program. I had the pleasure of interning with Drs. Erdman and Soule. I witnessed first hand the high quality of dental care patients receive in this office. I feel very fortunate to be part of this dental family. I am excited for the oppurtunity to help patients improve their dental health and making a difference in their lives.
I've been a dental assistant for 10 years. The highlights of my career thus far have been working in pediatric dentistry, where I thoroughly enjoyed working with special needs patients. I believe working with patients that required that extra TLC helped me grow professionally and personally. Another highlight has been working in general dentistry for the past 7 years, where I have been able to help give patients smiles that they could show off with confidence. I am now elated to start another journey in my career by joining a team with so much dental knowledge, and cutting edge technology at hand (such as intraoral cameras, digital x-rays, dental lasers, and CT/CAT scan for proper implant placement). I am honored to work chairside with Dr.Soule and Dr. Erdman.
When I'm not at work, I’m a full time mommy of 4 amazing children (3 girls and finally a baby boy) ranging from ages 11-1 years old.
I have been a hygienist for 23 years, 18 years with Dr. Erdman. Recently, I provided a dental cleaning for a patient who is new to our office. After the cleaning she shared with me that her teeth had never been so thoroughly cleaned and with such a gentle touch. That comment from a new patient gave me such a rewarding feeling. I am frequently encouraged by the positive feedback that my patients share with me. Seeing people's dental health improve with my help and encouragement means a lot to me.
Hello, I am Rachel. I was born and raised in a small shore town in Southern New Jersey. I went to college at The Pennsylvania College of Technology in Williamsport, Pennsylvania where I received my degree in Dental Hygiene and met my husband, Andrew. After graduation, my husband and I relocated to sunny Florida in 2013, recently moving to DeBary. My hobbies include spending time with friends and family, being a fur mom to our dog, Ellie, and cat, Winston, boating on the St. John's River and traveling with my husband. My favorite thing about my job is building personal relationships with my patients based on educating and motivating them towards an optimum state of oral and overall health. It is extremely important to me to be gentle, yet thorough and to provide every patient with the most pleasant dental experience possible. In addition to working with the wonderful team at Dr. Soule's office, I also actively work as a Dental Hygienist at various nursing homes and rehabilitation centers across Central Florida, where I serve elderly, memory care patients and special needs individuals. Caring for this underserved population is also my favorite part about being a dental Hygienist!
